  • 1 ⅔ cups cornstarch
  • 6 tbsps beef bullion powder
  • 4 tsps instant coffee crystals
  • 2 tsps onion powder
  • 1 tsps garlic powder
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • ½ tsp paprika


  • Mix all ingredients in an airtight container.
  • To make into gravy, mix 3 tablespoons of the dry mix with 1 ½ cups water or broth) in a medium saucepan.
  • Bring to a boil and simmer for one minute or until thickened.


Use beef broth instead of water for a stronger flavor.
